When you encounter challenges during the day focus on the benefits, no matter how slight or unimportant they seem.
Remember that this bad situation will probably turn into a good story later so try to crack a joke about it.
Instead of focusing on how you failed, think about what you are going to do next time turn your failure into a lesson. Failure is the only way to grow yourself because ultimately, it is how we learn to succeed.
When you think I am so bad at this or I should not have done that, these thoughts turn into feelings and might affect your conceptions of yourself. When you catch yourself doing this, stop and replace those negative messages with positive ones.
